A snapshot of what I'm focused on right now (a /now page).
Day job
I'm an IT Systems Analyst at SupportWizard, securing and running IT infrastructure across SaaS platforms — with a focus on cloud security, endpoint and device management (MDM).
Building
- Nexus — my self-hosted live support wallboard. There's a build log here.
- Switchboard — a ticket auto-router that rides inside Nexus, currently in public beta.
Learning
Always sharpening the infra and security side — networks, cloud, and the automation glue between them.
