- Built a support-desk auto-router that classifies each ticket and assigns it to the best on-shift engineer by specialism, availability and load — with holds, auto-reassign and SLA tracking.
- Multi-vendor (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HaloPSA and more) with signature-verified webhooks and per-source write-back; optional LLM routing (OpenAI / Anthropic) with a deterministic fallback.
- TypeScript / Node, Drizzle + Postgres/Neon, WebSocket; encrypted secret vault, hardened sessions and exactly-once intake with crash recovery.

- Pare — a static-first test selector that runs only the tests a diff affects by walking the import graph — TypeScript, zero runtime dependencies, published to npm.
- Leash — a runtime tool-call firewall for AI agents — declarative allow/deny policy, resource caps, a kill-switch and replayable forensic traces, with Anthropic & Vercel AI SDK adapters.
- Pitstop — a breakpoint for CI — pauses a GitHub Actions job locally in Docker and drops into the runner’s shell with the exact env and secrets, so steps are debugged without commit-and-push.
- OpenTerm — a Bloomberg-Terminal-style market dashboard built entirely on free, keyless data APIs — vanilla JS/canvas frontend, deployable as a Node server or a single Cloudflare Worker.
